PUBLIC NOTICE NO: 001/08/2025 – DRAFT INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW PROCESS PLAN, PROGRAMME OF ACTION AND TIMELINES 2025/2026

PUBLIC NOTICE NO: 001/08/2025

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No 32 of 2000, as amended, section 28(2), and the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No 56 of 2003, as amended, section 21(b)(iv), that the tabled Draft Integrated Development Plan Review Process Plan 2025/2026 and Programme of Action and Timelines of the Setsoto Local Municipality are now due for community engagements.

The draft documents are available for comments from 04 August 2025 until 22 August 2025 on the Setsoto Local Municipality’s website, www.setsoto.gov.za, as well as the municipal offices and libraries in all towns of the municipality. Communities are hereby requested to submit written submission on the draft Integrated Development Plan Review Process Plan 2025/2026, Programme of Action and Timelines by not later than the 22 August 2025.

Furthermore, the Executive Mayor, Mayoral Committee Members, Councillors, Municipal Manager and Senior Managers will be engaging communities and relevant stakeholders on the daft Integrated Development Plan 2025/2026 and the draft Budget 2025/2026 to 2027/2028 on the following dates:
