Invitation To Sub-Contracting: Resuscitation Of The WWTW In Ficksburg/Meqheleng
The Setsoto Local Municipality is implementing a project for the resuscitation of the wastewater treatment works in Ficksburg. The contractor HT Pelatona Projects is currently looking for suitable service providers to render their services as subcontractors. The interested service providers must meet the following requirements listed below:
1. Central Supplier Database (CSD) Registration
2. Active company registration
3. Certified ID copies of the company director/s
4. Valid SARS Tax Pin
5. Valid COIDA Certificate (To be clarified during briefing)
6. Valid CIDB certificate (To be clarified during briefing)
7. BBBEE certificate or affidavit
8. Company Experience (Appointment letters)
9. Proof of residence of the company director/s
NB: Preference will be given to the residents of Ficksburg/Meqheleng, subject to the requirements, and they must meet the BBBEE level one requirement (BBBEE certificate or affidavit must be attached as proof). All interested bidders must ensure that they sign the register after submission.

A compulsory briefing session will take place at the wastewater treatment works in Ficksburg on Wednesday, 28 January 2026, at 10:00 AM.
CLOSING DATE: 02 February 2026 at 12:00 (no late applications will be considered).
All applications must be hand-delivered at HT Pelatona’s site offices, located at the wastewater treatment works.
