IT RUNS CONCURRENTLY WITH THE OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE MAYOR
REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12, Post Matric Qualification in Public Administration or equivalent Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area(s), preferably in Social Work, or international/community development, Communication, Communication development or related field, Computer Literacy Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office) Excel, 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience required.
COMPETENCIES: Candidates must meet the following competency level, Ability to self-manage, analyses situations, fundraising and marketing, strong knowledge and experience with organizational development of civil society organization in challenging environments. Ability to navigate politically sensitive subjects and context and maintain constructive relationships with diverse group of stakeholders. Excellent writing skills and ability to use basic computer programs for word processing, excellent presentation skills and ease in organizing meetings and managing large group discussions. Stakeholder expectation management, Communication and ability to inform content, materials development, methodology of organizational development activities.
DUTIES: Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders, engage strategic planning as it relates to development and maintenance of partnerships, Coordination of stakeholder engagement.
