Public Notice: Oversight Report For The 2023/2024 Financial Year
Notice is hereby given in terms of Chapter 12, section 129 (1)(a) of the municipal Finance Management Act no 56 of 2003 that the Municipality’s Oversight Report 2023/2024 was adopted, and the Annual Report 2023/2024 was considered during an ordinary Council Meeting held on 27 March 2025, as per Council Resolution.
In accordance with the provisions of Local Government Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000, section 21A, the Oversight Report for the 2023/2024 financial year is hereby made public and copies are available at the following locations:
- Municipal offices in all municipal towns
- Ficksburg/Meqheleng
- Clocolan/Hlohlolwane
- Senekal/Matwabeng
- Marquard/Moemaneng
- All libraries in the above-mentioned towns
- Soft copies are also available on the official municipal website: www.setsoto.gov.za
