INVITATION TO SUB-CONTRACTING: REHABILITATION OF THE 1,5KM TARRED SURFACE ROAD AND STORMWATER DRAINAGE IN FICKSBURG/MEQHELENG
Setsoto Local Municipality is implementing a project to rehabilitation of the 1,5km tarred surface road and stormwater drainage in Ficksburg/Meqheleng. The contractor Raubex Infra (Pty) Ltd is currently inviting all interested suitable candidates to participate in the bidding process for the following work packages as stipulated below:
1. Pipe laying
2. Building Work
3. Chemical Toilets
4. Kerb laying
5. Edge beam laying
Raubex Infra (Pty) Ltd invites local emerging contractors to submit business profiles for pre-qualification for subcontracting opportunity.
Stage 1: The following Pre-qualification application documents must be submitted:
• CIBD Grading 1CEPE or Higher certificate
• Company Registration certificate (Certified)
• Identity documents of members (Certified)
• CSD (Central Supplier Database) Report
• Company Profile
• Valid TAX Clearance certificate /or Tax Pin
• BBBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
• Municipal Rates and Taxes/ or Letter of Arrangement (Not Older than 3 Months)
The Pre-Qualification Application and supporting documents shall be sealed in an envelope or package clearly marked “Pre-qualification for Subcontract – Contract Number : T21(24/25) and Project Name: Rehabilitation of the 1,5km tarred surface road and stormwater drainage in Ficksburg/Meqheleng: shall be delivered by hand and submitted at the Raubex (Pty) Ltd SITE OFFICE
Stage 2: The Pricing stage which will be for the pricing of the Bill of Quantities:
For responsive bidders to be considered, they must have satisfied/met the requirement of stage 1. Therefore, further correspondence will be done with the shortlisted bidders who met Pre-evaluation qualification ONLY.
A COMPULSORY CLARIFICATION BRIEFING TO ACQUIRE THE “ASSESSMENT OF SUITABLE CANDIDATE CONTRACTORS’ DOCUMENTATION” WILL BE HELD AS FOLLOWS:
