PUBLIC NOTICE
OVERSIGHT REPORT FOR 2024/2025 FINANCIAL YEAR

Notice is hereby given in terms of Chapter 12, section 129 (1)(a) of the Municipal Finance Management Act no 56 of 2003 that the Municipality’s Oversight Report 2024/2025 was adopted and the Annual Report 2024/2025 was considered during an ordinary Council Meeting held on 31 March 2026, as per Council Resolution.

  • In accordance with the provision of Local Government Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000, section 21 A, the Oversight report 2024/2025 financial year is hereby made public, and copies are available at the following locations:

    • Municipal offices in all municipal towns

1. Ficksburg/Meqheleng
2. Clocolan/Hlohlolwane
3. Marquard/Moemaneng
4. Senekal/Matwabeng

  • All libraries in the above-mentioned towns
  • The soft copy is also made available on the official municipal website: www.setsoto.gov.za
