Notice is hereby given in terms of Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No 56 of 2003. Chapter 12, Section 121 (1, 2, 3 and 4) Section 126 and 127 (2) and Chapter 8 of Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000 as amended that DRAFT ANNUAL REPORT 2023/2024 AND MID – YEAR BUDGET AND, PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT 2024/2025 will be tabled during an ordinary Council Meeting scheduled as follows:
