Approval of the Adjustment Budget 2023/2024 as well as the revised Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan 2023/2024

Notice is hereby given in terms of Sections 28 and 54 of Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, 56 of 2003, that a Council revised the approved Service Delivery 2023/2024 on the 28 February 2024 as per Council Resolution 4/2, the revision was done by Council after the approval of the Adjustment Budget as per resolution 3/2 of the Council Meeting held on 28 February 2024.
Adjustment Budget 2023/2024 and Adjusted Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan 2023/2024 as well as Resolutions 3/2 and 4/2 are respectively available for public inspection at the Office of the Municipal Manager, IDP/PMS Division, 2nd Floor Annex Building, Room Number SFA 012, Ficksburg; or could be viewed on the municipal website, www.setsoto.gov.za

The office of LED at Setsoto local municipality invites all women owned businesses within the municipality to come and register their businesses on our DATABASE. The purpose of this exercise is to ensure that women-owned businesses are assisted (with cooperation from Office of Executive Mayor) and advanced to position themselves to access Tenders of municipal work including Capital Projects. Our aim is to ensure that at least 40% of these companies do get Tenders from the municipality.

Requirements for Registration Process:

1. Company Registration Certificate
2. Valid CSD.
3. SARS Good Standing

End date: 15 March 2024

• If your company is not yet registered with Setsoto local municipality Supply Chain Management Office, you will also be requested to do so after registering with LED Office.
