SALARY : R 391 601.01 per Annum (PL 5/3)
REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12. Candidate must have minimum of 5–8 year’s relevant experience with supervisory experience. Candidate must be computer literate (Microsoft Office). Candidate be in possession of valid South African driver’s license preferably Code 08.
COMPETENCIES: Conduct quality check on the work of subordinates for errors and omissions before submission. Ensure that all the information is available in the preparation of documentation. Prepares considered high quality written communications which may include internal and external communications.
DUTIES: Coordinates the administrative functions to support the Informal Settlements and Housing Sector Plan. Defining / adjusting the role boundaries and workflow process against laid down service delivery requirements and statutory regulations. Attending to and resolving queries relating to informal settlement housing issues both telephonically and visit by public.
