Setsoto Local Municipality is implementing a project to Construct 2,5kM Interlock pave road and stormwater drainage system in Ficksburg/Meqheleng. The contractor Group YWO Trading Enterprise cc is currently inviting all interested suitable candidates to participate in the bidding process for the following work packages as stipulated below:
- Laying of Concrete Block Paving
- Construction of Concrete Edge beams and channels
- Installation of concrete kerbings
- The Appointment of a Service Provider for the Provision of Security Guarding Services
Group YWO Trading Enterprise cc intends to appoint eight (8) local emerging contractors for civil works, plus one (1) secutiry company for the subcontracting opportunity.
Stage 1: The following Pre-qualification application documents must be submitted:
- CIBD Grading 1-3 CE (Civil Engineering) certificate
- Company Registration CK/CIPC certificate (Certified)
- Identity Documents of company Director/s (Certified)
- CSD (Central Supplier Database) Report
- Company Profile
- Valid TAX Clearance certificate /or Tax Pin
- BBBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
- Municipal Rates and Taxes (Not Older than 3 Months)
The Pre-Qualification Application and supporting documents shall be sealed in an envelope or package clearly marked “Pre-qualification for Subcontract – Contract Number : T18(25/26) and Project Name: Ficksburg/Meqheleng: Reconstruction of 2,5km Interlocking Paved Road and Stormwater Drainage: shall be delivered by hand and submitted at the Group YWO Trading Enterprise cc SITE OFFICE (OLD TENNIS COURTS, OPPOSITE MEQHELENG CLINIC).
Stage 2: The Functionality and Pricing stage (Company Profiles for experience and BOQ for Pricing):
For responsive bidders to be considered, they must have satisfied/met the requirement of stage 1. Therefore, further correspondence will be limited to the shortlisted bidders who passed the pre-evaluation qualification ONLY.
A COMPULSORY CLARIFICATION BRIEFING TO ACQUIRE THE “ASSESSMENT OF SUITABLE CANDIDATE CONTRACTORS’ DOCUMENTATION” WILL BE HELD AS FOLLOWS:
