Notice is hereby given in terms of Sections 28 and 54 of Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, 56 of 2003, the Council revised the approved Service Delivery Budget Implementation Plan 2024/2025 on the 27 February 2025 as per Council Resolution 2/2 the revision was done by Council after the approval of the Adjustment Budget as per resolution 3/2 of the council meeting held on 27 February 2025.

Adjustment Budget 2024/2025 and Adjusted Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan 2024/2025 as well as Resolutions 2/2 and 3/2 are respectively available for public inspection at the Office of the Municipal Manager, IDP/PMS Division, 2^nd Floor Annex Building, Room Number SFA 012, Ficksburg; or could be viewed at the municipal website, www.setsoto.gov.za

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, s127(5), that the Executive Mayor has tabled the Draft Annual Report for the financial year 01 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 council in its meeting held on the 31January 2025 in terms of the provisions of the MFMA. Copies of the draft annual report 2023/2024 Financial Year are available for public comments.
