PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 116(3)(b) of the Municipal Finance Management Act No.56 of 2003, that Setsoto Local Municipality is intending to extend the duration of the support and maintenance components of the Service Level Agreement concluded with Munsoft (PTY) Ltd, the provider of the financial system currently in use at the municipality, by a period of thirty six (36) months, being from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.

The proposed service level agreement and financial implication to the proposed extension are available for inspection at the municipal Offices from 07H30 to 16H30 [excl. lunch hours: 13H00 – 14H00], from Monday to Friday. Communities and/or interested parties who subject to the proposed extension may submit / make written representations / submission to the municipality. Representations / submissions can be directed to the Municipal Manager using the following e-mail address [admin@setsoto.co.za]. Submission must be done by Friday, 05 June 2026 at 15H00.
