Notice is hereby given in terms of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, s127(5), that the Executive Mayor has tabled the Draft Annual Report for the financial year 01 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 council in its meeting held on the 31January 2025 in terms of the provisions of the MFMA. Copies of the draft annual report 2023/2024 Financial Year are available for public comments.

Copies of the Draft Annual Report 2023/2024 are available at the following places:

• Municipal Offices in all municipal towns
  • Clocolan/Hlohlolwane
  • Ficksburg/Caledon Park/Meqheleng
  • Senekal/Matwabeng
  • Marquard/Moemaneng
• All libraries in the above-mentioned towns

INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN PROCESS 2024/2025 SETSOTO LOCAL MUNICIPALITY PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with section 28(3), of the Local Government: Municipal System Act,32 of 2000, notice is hereby given to the local community of the particulars of the process the municipality intend to follow in either amending or adopting the Integrated Development Plan, as per council resolution of the meeting held 29^th August 2024. Revised Waste Collection Schedule

PUBLIC NOTICE NUMBER 001/03/2024

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Ac, No 32 of 2000, as amended, and the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No 56 of 2003, as amended, that the adopted Draft Integrated Development Plan 2024/2025 and draft Medium-Term Revenue and Expenditure Framework 2024/2025 to 2026/2027 of the Setsoto Local Municipality are now due for community engagements.

The draft documents, their summaries and annexures were adopted at the council meeting held on the 26 March 2024 and copies are available for the period of 21 days for public comments from 04 April 2024 until 03 May 2024 on the Setsoto Local Municipality’s website, www.setsoto.gov.za as well as the municipal offices and libraries in all towns of the municipality. Communities are hereby requested to submit written submission on the adopted draft Integrated Development Plan 2024/2025 and adopted draft Medium-Term Revenue and Expenditure Framework 2024/2025 to 2026/2027 by no later than the 3rd May 2024.

Furthermore, the Executive Mayor, Mayoral Committee Members, Councillors and Senior Managers will be engaging communities on the draft Integrated Development Plan 2024/2025 and the draft Medium-Term Revenue and Expenditure Framework 2024/2025 to 2026/2027 on the following dates:
